Vandaag laten we Debbie Joubert-Taytelbaum aan het woord.
Isn’t it pathetic that I have to communicate with you by newspaper in the hope to get your attention? On December 2nd, 2020 I sent you a message (about incorrect billing) via YOUR website to which I never received an answer.
On October 20th, 2021 I spoke to a friendly Flow assistant on the phone who would take a NEW matter (again concerning incorrect billing) to the next level, since she was not of the bookkeeping department. That was almost a week ago. You do not have an option on your telephone recording system for bookkeeping matters. How come? Let me guess. And don’t ask me to come to your office. I have more important things to do than to wait in a long, dreadfully slowflow line.
And who knows, maybe before the end of the year (this one or perhaps the next) I might hear from you. As we say in Dutch: The miracles are the world not yet out.
Debbie Joubert-Taytelbaum,
Curaçao
