The 49th Carnival season kicked off with the opening of Carnival Village. History was made as the first musical truck headed by Mixmaster Pauly drove inside the Carnival Village grounds.
Eighteen years ago, before the Village was constructed, trucks used to drive inside, but it was prohibited after the new Village was built.
