THE HAGUE, WILLEMSTAD – Undersecretary Raymond Knops of the Interior and Kingdom Relations will make a next working visit to the Caribbean part of the Kingdom in two weeks.
The minister will make one-day visits to Curaçao, Aruba and Bonaire from April 8 to 10. Details of the program are not yet known, but the topics of discussion can be guessed: in Willemstad and Oranjestad that will be the lousy government finances.
Both countries have not yet succeeded in drawing up a budget that can stand the test of criticism of the Financial Supervision College (CFT). Another topical theme is the crisis in neighboring Venezuela and the continuing flow of migrants.
