The Prosecutors Service Sint Maarten has decided, on basis of the preliminary evaluation of the case, that the National Police (Landsrecherche) will not be investigating the police officer who was involved in a possible threat-case as reported earlier this week.

The Public Prosecutor has decided that the case can be handled by the internal-affairs bureau of the police force KPSM.
