The Ministry of Public Housing, Spatial Planning, Environment and Infrastructure VROMI has repeatedly announced that boat owners and vehicle owners should remove their damaged property after the passing of Hurricane Irma in September last year, but some wrecks are still eyesores.

However, graffiti artists saw this as an opportunity to practise their skills on the wrecks throughout Cole Bay and Simpson Bay
